Globally setting UTF-8 encoding in Python

It’s simple. Edit the setencoding function in your site.py (usually in
/usr/lib/python2.6/ on Debianish distros) – just change encoding =
"ascii"
to encoding = "utf-8". Didn’t experience any problems.

(This only applies to Python 2.x, Python 3 has, of course, utf-8 by default.)
